This home is a custom design of Anthonyʼs located in his Orchard Shores subdivision. It was planned to capture the beauty of the land, and create privacy from the neighbors. The house is nestled in the lot surrounded by granite ledges overlooking the back bay off the Kennebec River. A dock and ramp were built for instant access to the water making a perfect place for bird watching, kayaking and relaxing.

The house features a full daylight basement and two floors of beautiful living space. The open floor plan was designed for every space to enjoy the water front view. Warm, rich Brazilian cherry floors were laid throughout the house. The family room boasts a tall stone fireplace. Custom cabinetry, granite counter tops, and a butlerʼs pantry complete the gourmet kitchen. A large screened-in patio with adjacent decks can be accessed from anywhere on the first floor. The first floor master suite has a private deck, a gorgeous tile bathroom, and custom walk-in closet. The second floor has a large loft and two large bedrooms. The most beautiful feature of the home is the custom metal handrail designed and made by Anthony.
