The Boathouse

When the owners purchased the property the boathouse was aging and unusable.  The footprint over the water was too important to give up though.  The owners dreamed of a multi-purpose space that complemented their cottage.  The boathouse was rebuilt complete with plumbing and electricity.  An indoor loft was framed for later completion with a round window and French door accessing the water and view.  A blue stone patio and terraced flower bed completed the project for outdoor enjoyment.
