Victorian Cottage

The beautiful Victorian cottage has gone through many transformations. Initially the homeowners envisioned remodeling the interior space to be more open living, capturing all views. The kitchen was expanded and modernized with new cabinets and granite countertops. The most recent remodeling combined the living room and a seasonal porch. A gorgeous stone fireplace was added creating a focal point, warmth, and charm. The cottage's front porch and stairway entrance were remodeled for more outdoor seating with waterfront views.
